To ensure full transparency, this Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of our display solutions. Please note that our products are large display units, transported via specialized freight and logistics providers, not standard parcel services.
Shipping Method
Through professional freight carriers within the estimated lead times.
Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days from confirmation, including packaging, quality checks, and carrier coordination.
Estimated Delivery Time
Approximately 7–14 business days from the time the order is released to the carrier. Delivery times may vary based on order size, geographic location, and carrier availability.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs will be included as part of the total purchase price unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping does not include unpacking, assembly, or installation services.
Carriers
We work with national, experienced freight and logistics companies specializing in the transportation of large display units.
Shipment Tracking
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the customer will receive either a tracking number or direct contact details of the shipping provider for status updates.
Damages or Loss in Transit
- In case Palram 4U is responsible for arranging the shipping, responsibility for the products remains with Palram 4U until the goods are handed over directly to the customer or their designated carrier.
- In case of visible damage upon delivery, customers must notify both the carrier and Palram 4U Customer Service immediately and note the issue on the delivery form.
- Hidden damages or missing items must be reported in writing within 72 hours of delivery, including photos and relevant documentation.
- We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and update the customer on compensation or replacement procedures.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only with prior approval and in accordance with our company’s policy. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Please note: Product warranty is subject to Palram 4U’s official warranty terms, available on our website under the Warranty section.
Customer-Arranged Shipping
If the customer chooses to arrange their own shipping:
- Collection point: 2027 S 12th St, Bldg. #4, Docks 1–6, Allentown, PA 18103.
- Collection must be scheduled in advance during business hours and coordinated with Palram 4U Customer Service.
- Responsibility for the products transfers to the customer once the goods are handed over to their appointed carrier at our facility.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Palram 4U is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, port congestion, or customs delays.
